ITV Countrywise have been in the Welsh Marches recently filming for their new series, and one of the features was based around the Offa's Dyke Path and monument. Paul Heiney, the presenter interviewed the National Trail Officer, Rob Dingle at the new midway marker just north of Newcastle on Clun. The new fingerpost that has recently been installed by Shropshire County Council Rights of Way Team marks the midpoint of the 177 mile Trail. He also meet and interviewed Jim Saunders on another section of the Dyke near Llanfair Hill.
