Facilities and additional information

Trosley Country Park is run by Kent County Council with 160 acres of woodland and chalk grassland. It has 2 marked trails one of which is easy flat walking, a visitor centre and cafe.  A new toilet block using the latest  "green recycling"  technology has just been opened.

Additional information

Animals have been re-introduced to the park to graze the chalk grasslands which support many rare and important plants and animals, such as the chalkhill blue butterfly and the musk orchid.
