Folkestone Warren is an area of rough grass and scrub at the foot of the cliffs of great interest to naturalists because it provides the home to several rare species of plant. Wild cabbage, Nottingham catchfly, Stinking iris or Woodspurge may be seen. The blue Adonis butterfly is dependent on the Horseshoe vetch which thrives here.
