Transport - Getting there

Train

Travelling by car

There are many safe parking points on or near the North Downs Way if you want to embark on a circular walk.  If you're planning a linear journey, leaving your vehicle at a Train Station and travelling back later on via Train is a commonly chosen method, as station car parks, while slightly more expensive than on-street parking in Towns, are spacious and secure.

Public transport

Traveline South East is comprehensive journey planning tool, including pedestrian sections of routes to and from public transport stops across all parts of the South East of England.

thetrainline offers comprehensive train journey planning and advanced ticket purchasing.  If you're travelling from outside the area, it's worthwhile to check if your Train ticket(s) will be cheaper if bought in advance.
